Women's History Month: Recognizing the Women of Team Givelify

Givelify exists to help people put more good into the world by supporting the places of worship and charitable nonprofits that inspire them. But at its core, Givelify is an engineering company. The mobile giving app, online giving capability, and the organization dashboard are all driven by programming and development.

Women have long played a vital role in the advancement of technology and, as a result, humanity. Many people first learned of the women of NASA and the early space program from the recent film “Hidden Figures,” but womens’ contributions to technology are far-reaching.

From user interface design, coding and programming, gaming, and cracking military code, women have long provided the backbone of technological innovation and utility. Now, women like Marissa Mayer (formerly of Yahoo!), Meg Whitman (formerly of HP), and Sheryl Sandberg (Facebook) are leading some of the world’s top technology companies.

With that in mind, we wanted to recognize the smart, capable women of Team Givelify and thank them for their invaluable contributions to our mission and vision. They each play a vital role in advancing giving.
