
We’re looking for a bilingual Giving Advancement Specialist to join our dynamic Giving Advancement team. This individual should be fearless about growing Givelify’s customers by closing new organizations and ensuring the success of new and existing customers through effective on-boarding and ongoing support. The Giving Advancement Specialist should be fluent in English and Spanish and will have the ability to exhibit a high level of teamwork to support our current and future customers.
Responsibilities:
Sales Development
- Master our products, technology, and sales approach
- Connect with leaders of nonprofits or places of worship via phone, email, or social media to understand their giving and fundraising goals
- Educate sales qualified and marketing qualified leads on the value of a mobile giving solution for their place of worship or nonprofit organization
- Leverage reports and analytical tools to manage sales pipeline, lead volume and sales forecasts
- Meet and exceed all individual and team sales goals
Customer Success
- Provide customers with support, information, and guidance on mobile fundraising to ensure long-term giving success for the organization
- Provide assistance to the support team on key calls with Spanish speaking customers or donors
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships with places of worship and nonprofit organizations
Lead Generation
- Represent Givelify at conferences and events to secure new business (travel 15-20%)
- Adopt and deploy lead generation strategies via customer referrals and testimonials
