New Givelify Analytics Dashboard Coming Soon!

We can’t wait for you to experience the new Givelify Analytics Dashboard!  We redesigned the Dashboard from the ground up to save you time, help grow your donations, and engage with your donors. With the new Dashboard, you get:

  • A beautiful way to find exactly what you need easily and quickly
  • Insights and analytics to help you better understand what motivates your donors
  • The ability to connect and engage your donors to nurture generosity
  • Seamless reporting and integration for effortless record-keeping across all your systems

“In designing the new Analytics Dashboard, the team heard loud and clear from our partner organizations that they wanted more insights into donor giving patterns, better ways to engage with donors and reconcile their donations.  We think you will be very happy with this new release.”
Meghana Bailey, Product Manager

The new Givelify Analytics Dashboard is launching this summer and we will notify all organizations when its ready for primetime.  Meanwhile, we wanted to share some highlights, so you know what to expect.

The new Overview screen provides insights and analytics to help you better understand what motivates your donors, plus the ability to connect and engage with them based on where they are in their giving journey to nurture generosity – all from one convenient interface.

Now, you can see at a glance, what your donors’ giving styles are. Our proprietary AI-based algorithm analyzes giving patterns and classifies donors based on how they give, making it easier for you to visualize donor giving patterns.

Bank Deposits Reconciliation

We now have a new Bank Deposits section that will allow for easier and faster reconciliation with your bank account and end-of-year accounting, by breaking them down by each day and by individual donations. This information is also available for download in the new “Bank deposits” report, in the Reports section.

Donor Management

Everything you need to know about your donors is now under the Donors screen. Sort, filter, and search the new list view by giving patterns and other criteria. Donor profiles include their message history, for simple, customized follow-up messaging.

This section will enable you to engage with and send custom messages to specific donors in the future.  You can also find and sort donors by giving styles.

New Fundraising Tools

The online giving, social giving, and Givelithon have a new home in the Fundraising Tools section.

Why did it move? The new location has been redesigned to:

  • Simplify sharing your online giving link
  • Streamline the process of adding your Givelify button to your website, emails, social media, and text message

The upcoming redesigned Givelithon feature is built to engage donors and supercharge giving.

Online giving also gives you the ability to share it with whoever runs your website, even if they don’t have a Givelify account. Social giving now gives you the ability to share it to your social media straight from Givelify!

Easier Replies to Messages (formerly called Memos)

We have made it even easier to access donor messages and reply to them with easy-to-use quick reply options.

Integrations

The new dashboard includes six brand new integrations, with which you’ll be able to import your donation records into the financial or donation management software of your choice.

This update enables you better utilize the financial or donation management software you already have in conjunction with Givelify.

Sound good? We can’t wait for you to try it.

Look for an email from us this summer.  Meanwhile, if you need any further assistance, Givelify will support you the whole way through. Please reach out to support@givelify.com with any questions or to request a walkthrough of the new Analytics Dashboard.
